Regular World Terrain Gen Altering

Now I don't know everything about v3.0 of Tropicraft since it hasn't been released as of now BUT

I thought it would be a neat a idea to add tropical style biomes to the terrain gen of the regular world without adding any new terrain blocks from the mod and keeping the new items in the tropical realm.

This way if the mod ever gets outdated, people can still have their tropical biomes in the regular world and just get rid of their portal to the tropical realm! The regular world right now lacks a tropical style biome and needs a tropic biome!
